Your 12phsky account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 12phsky support immediately. We will lock your account while we investigate, but we are not liable for losses incurred before you reported the compromise.
As required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 12phsky conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Depending on your account activity, you may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.

12phsky does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees for outgoing transfers — these are outside of 12phsky's control. Only fund your 12phsky account with money that belongs to you. Using funds sourced from third parties, credit facilities, or borrowed money is prohibited.
Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from your own registered payment method may be returned or held pending further verification. Attempting to deposit from a payment method not registered to you is a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals from your 12phsky account can only be processed to payment methods you have previously used to deposit or have verified through the account settings process. This policy exists to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and to protect your funds from being redirected without your knowledge.
The minimum withdrawal is ₱50. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya typically complete within 2–5 minutes, InstaPay within 5–15 minutes, and bank transfers within 15–60 minutes for most Philippine banks. 12phsky charges no fees on withdrawals.
Withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification steps for large amounts or first-time withdrawals to a new payment method. 12phsky reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending verification if there is reason to believe the request is fraudulent, linked to a bonus abuse pattern, or in breach of these Terms.
Note on Bonus Funds: Only real money (deposited PHP ₱) is available for withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus funds being removed from your balance.
All bets placed at 12phsky are subject to acceptance at the platform's discretion. 12phsky reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets from accounts identified as consistently high-value bettors or accounts under review.
Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number is issued, it is binding on both the player and 12phsky. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation, except in circumstances where 12phsky explicitly offers a cash-out or early settlement feature on a specific market.
Odds displayed on 12phsky are accurate at the time of display but may change before your bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed, 12phsky will notify you of the change and ask you to confirm at the new odds. You are not required to accept changed odds.
12phsky publishes odds for PBA basketball, MMA, boxing, and other sporting events covered on the platform. We are committed to competitive odds that reflect genuine market pricing and do not engage in practices designed to obscure the true probability of outcomes.
12phsky may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event result cannot be determined; the odds were published in error (a "palpable error"); or the bet involved match-fixing, collusion, or other prohibited conduct. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to your account balance.
Settlement of bets follows official results from the relevant governing body of each sport. For PBA events, the official PBA result stands. For MMA and boxing, the decision of the governing sanctioning body is final. 12phsky does not accept responsibility for errors in unofficial sources.
Casino games available on 12phsky — including Pusoy and Bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and that no player, staff member, or the platform itself can predict or influence outcomes.
The rules specific to each game type (Pusoy, Bingo variants, etc.) are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game on 12phsky, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that specific game. Misunderstanding game rules is not grounds for a refund of wagers placed.
In the event of a technical failure mid-game — such as a disconnection during a live Bingo draw — 12phsky's systems log game state at regular intervals. Any disrupted game will be settled based on the last confirmed game state. If a fair settlement cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 12phsky's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12phsky is not liable for losses caused by: internet connectivity failures or service outages beyond our reasonable control; technical failures of third-party payment processors; a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure; or incorrect information provided by the player during registration or betting.
Nothing in these Terms limits 12phsky's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.
12phsky may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, changes in applicable law, or changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification with at least 14 days' advance notice before the new Terms take effect.
Continued use of the 12phsky platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance before the new Terms take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 12phsky shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable to licensed gaming operators in the Philippines. If PAGCOR's process does not resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
